Deep cavity (deeper crushing cavity than common jaw crushers) , that means taller frame and larger capacity than common jaw crushers. In the rear of the frame, there is a hydraulic cylinder for repairing use, which makes maintenance is easy and convenient. Hydraulic device adjusts the discharge size.

Adopting frozen steel pin joint assembly process, greatly improve the load capacity of the equipment. The frame can realize no crack, no deformation and has a longer service life. The frame can be disassembled into parts and be transported and assembled in the downhole. Using hydraulic double wedge-type adjustment system to adjust the discharge size, which improves the automation, and can quickly and easily adjust the discharge size and clean the cavity.

1. The size of the discharge opening can be automatically detected and adjusted to ensure the stability of the product size.
2. Iron or other super hard material can be detected, and the equipment will be shutdown automatically, with warnings launched at the same time.
3. Real time monitoring on the abrasion of the jaw plates is executed, so that a reminder for replacement can be released in time.
4. Intelligent Control on Feeding Quantity: when the machine workload is too low, the feeding frequency will be increased automatically; and when the workload is too high, the feeding frequency will be reduced automatically.
