Bean Paste Production Line
This line is used for mashing, peeling and paste making of such beans as white kidney bean and red bean as well as mainly for making stuffing of shredded bean and bean paste. It can effectively remove starch, bean gum and moisture, shorten the time for stir-frying and improve the paste quality, enabling a fine and smooth taste.
1. Adopt stainless steel for all the parts having contact with food material which meets the food hygienic requirements.
2-Adopt advanced technology for mashing and paste making, which improves the palatability.
3 Use high-efficiency vibratory screening, space-efficient and energy-saving.
4. Centrifugal stirring is designed for the thick lqiuid to thoroughly separate bean gum and starch and remove them.
5. Adopt advanced van-type fifter pressing technology to dewater the thick liquid enabling a less moisture content of final goods and reducing stir-frying hours.
6. This line is of high level of automation and only needs one operator.
