Our engineering follows up your project from beginning to end, with English communication.
The NTT team works with customers from the prototype stage, through the preproduction stage, and assists with and implements an efficient and effective production, logistics, and quality management process.
NTT experienced and degreed mechanical and plastic engineers work with customers engineering organizations as follows:
Assist in making the customers designs suitable for an effective injection molding solution
Provide mold design and mold structure recommendations
Provide plastic resin and other component recommendations
Work with customers personnel to establish critical part/assembly/product parameters, dimensions, and performance requirements, and ultimately the production, logistics, and QA/QC requirements
The NTT project team usually consists of a senior mold design/moldmaking resource, a senior molding/materials resource, and the project manager(engineer). Input is drawn from QA/QC and logistics as required.
For the specific customer project, our engineerings job including:
Project management on a day-to-day basis
Send customer weekly report every week.
Coordinating the activities of operating departments and required subcontractors through project completion
Coordinate status meetings with customers organization as requested and required
