The dump truck mainly consists of frame, compartment, hydraulic dumping mechanism, and other accessories.
Tippers adopting front lifting have a simple structure. The shut height of the compartment floor and the upper surface of the main frame can be very small. The stability of the entire vehicle is excellent and the hydraulic system pressure is small. However, the front lifting multi-stage cylinder stroke is large and the cost is high. The double-sided dumping cylinder has small stroke, but its hydraulic lines are complicated. Rollover accident rate is high when lifting.
