KATTOR JFP is a new platform which was developed for high-rise building core tube, use large oil cylinder as jacking power, for the building which have higher storey or have larger changes in core-tube, its adaptability is better; it provides bigger and enclosed operation space for construction work, and higher safety. Its support location is low, and the construction speed is faster. At the moment, this type platform achieved good effects in Guangzhou Xita project and Shenzhen Jingji project, the comprehensive effect is outstanding, and it will be the preferred formwork construction technique for high-rise building in the future. |

| KATTOR jFP is composed of three sub-systems, i.e., bailey truss platformsystem, suspension system and power shoring and jacking system. |

1. Bailey truss platform system

Truss platform It includes type 200 bailey truss with four kinds of length: 3m, 2m, 1.75m, 1.25m and three kinds of joints: joint 1,2 ,3. Through axis pins, primary and secondary trusses are vertically and horizontally connected and assembled to a square frame structure | Top steel platform On top of the structureis the upper steel platform, and its bottom suspending the middle steel platform. The top steel platform provides a temporary storage yard for steel structures including steel bars, stiffened steel frameworks etc., and also contains material spreader, gas bottle room, waste platform, washroom and so on. | Middle steel platform The middle steel platform provides central control room, mixing room, material storage yard, welding machine room, power supply room and temporary rest place for workers. |

2. Suspension system

The upper pulley structure is used to move the suspension rack inwardly when the outside wall of the core adducts.The standard suspension rack unit provides 7 layers operation platform outside the core and 6 layers inside, to finish following works: 1.decoration of layer Fn-1 which already finished concrete casting.

3. Power shoring and jacking system

Power shoring and jacking system Power shoring and jacking system comprises upper and lower shoring box girders, Jacking cylinder and shoring cylinder, Jacking stand column, Hydraulic power system and control system.Upper and lower shoring box girders include standard segmental girder and nonstandard segmental girder. The standard segmental girder is equipped with cylinders to control the action of brackets, to realize shoring of the whole system. Jacking stand column and jacking cylinders are connected by flange, the jacking force pass to bailey truss platform system through stand column during jacking up process.
